Include your company name, iPhone model, and a screenshot of any error so the issue can be traced quickly. Do not send passwords or invite codes.

Join a company

Ask your company administrator for the current invite code, then enter it on the first screen in the iPhone app.

Restore company access

The company owner can open My Doc Buddy on the purchasing iPhone and choose Restore access. Apple subscriptions are managed in Apple Account settings.

Files or journals are unavailable

Confirm that the worker is linked to the correct company and assigned to the relevant project. Company administrators control those assignments in the web console.
