1. The service
My Doc Buddy helps companies manage project files, site photos, documents, employee access, locations, and work journals. A company owner creates the company workspace and invites authorized workers and administrators.
2. Accounts and company responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use My Doc Buddy only for lawful business purposes. Company owners and administrators control their workspace, invited users, project access, and submitted content. They are responsible for obtaining any employee, customer, recording, and location permissions required by law.
3. Subscription and one-month trial
Company access is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. When Apple displays a one-month introductory free trial and you are eligible, the subscription begins with that trial and then renews at the price and billing period shown on the Apple purchase sheet. Apple charges the payment method connected to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid or trial period unless Apple states otherwise. Apple's purchase sheet and subscription terms control if they differ from this summary.
4. Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content uploaded to My Doc Buddy. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide and secure the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe other company workspaces, upload malware or unlawful material, disrupt the service, or use My Doc Buddy in a way that infringes another person's rights.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep My Doc Buddy available and protect stored information, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the product, legal requirements, or third-party platforms evolve. Important changes will be communicated through the service or the contact information associated with the company account.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited when a subscription expires, payment cannot be completed, use creates a security risk, or these terms are materially violated. A company should export information it needs before ending the service. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Warranty and liability
My Doc Buddy is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss caused by unauthorized account use, or loss caused by systems outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Apple terms
Apple is not responsible for operating My Doc Buddy or providing My Doc Buddy support. Your use of the iPhone app is also subject to the applicable Apple media services terms and Apple's standard licensed application terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where you are established. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
